B the domain is (-∞, ∞). y = 0 when x+cosx=0. from the graph x = -0.739 when x=0, y = 0+cos(0) = 1 so y-intercept is (0, 1)

C) the domain is (-∞, ∞). when x = 0, y = 0, so the y-intercept is (0, 0). y = 0, when sinx=0, so x-intercepts are (nπ, 0)

A) to find x-intercepts: set y=0 0= (√x2+x)-x x=√(x2+x) x2=x2+x -x2 -x2 --------- 0=x this is x-intercept for y-intercept: simply plug in x=0 y=(√02+0)-0=0 soy-intercept is y=0 proceed similarily for other ones

The domain is x>0. so, there is no y-intercept. y=0, when lnx=0 so, x-intercept is (1, 0)
