Eigenvalues are {3, -2, 2}. The corresponding eigenvectors are{2, 0,1}, {-1, 0,2} and {0, 1,0}. The characteristic polynomial is -12 + 4*x + 3*x^2 - x^3. Set this equal to zero andsolve for the roots to get eigenvalues.
